Billing schedule and payment terms

- Fees are collected in four quarterly instalments for the academic year April 2026 – March 2027. Payment deadlines for the 2026/27 year are: First Quarter (April–June) – within a week after declaration of results; Second Quarter (July–September) – 20 June 2026; Third Quarter (October–December) – 20 October 2026; Fourth Quarter (January–March) – 20 January 2027.

- First-quarter tuition includes Ministry book fees (except Islamic book), ACER/assessment exam fees for Grades 3–9 (non‑refundable), and CBSE fees for Grades 9–12. The remaining portion of the annual tuition for A.Y. 2026–27 is collected in three equal instalments after Term 1; those instalments will be lower than the Term 1 amount because Term 1 carries the additional charges listed above.

- Transport service: once a parent opts for school transportation, withdrawal during the academic year is not permitted except for Transfer Certificate (TC) applicants. Parents who wish to discontinue transport must provide a minimum of three months' (one term) prior written notice; otherwise the full-year transport fee (10 working months) remains payable.

The school conducts entrance examinations for Grades VI and above for all students who have completed registration. 5. The school requires attested photocopies of the requisite documents to be submitted to the Admission Office after the lot draw and entrance examination. 6. This will be followed by a meeting with a member of the senior leadership team. 7. For the child's admission, both parents attend an interactive session with the senior leadership team. 8.
