Ajyal MBZ fosters a sense of community among students, families and staff, with facilities such as an auditorium to host school performances and community events. It emphasizes community engagement through workshops and hands-on learning experiences for students and their families, creating opportunities to connect with teachers and school leaders. The school collaborates with local authorities and environmental organizations to host events and lectures for the school community. Activities include a broad range of after-school clubs, sports days, and performances that involve families as spectators or participants.
A formal Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is not publicly described on Ajyal MBZ pages. Parent involvement is supported through opportunities to attend workshops and connect with teachers and school leaders, and through family-focused events and activities. The school runs charity fundraising events such as Pink Day and Ramadan initiatives that invite family participation. There are additional programs that involve visiting speakers from businesses and voluntary organizations, with families often encouraged to take part in field trips and related activities. While a formal PTA structure is not advertised, Ajyal MBZ maintains channels for parent participation and collaboration with school staff.
