Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition and bus fees are billed in three instalments each academic year, with due dates set as: 1 August (1st instalment), 1 December (2nd instalment), and 1 March (3rd instalment). Book fees and the registration fee are payable up front at the start of the academic year (book fees shown per year group).
- Tuition and bus fees are calculated on a full-month basis irrespective of joining date. Fee changes may be applied at intervals (the policy published notes a possible fee increase every three years). Family discounts (applied after deduction of the registration fee) are available: 10% for the third child, 20% for the fourth child, and 25% for the fifth child onward. Office payment hours for the Accounts Department are published for fee payments.

Bus (transport) fees
- Annual bus fee (one-way or two-way) AED 5,000. Instalment amounts: AED 1,670 (due 1 August), AED 1,670 (due 1 December), AED 1,660 (due 1 March). Bus fees are subject to the same instalment due-date schedule and full-month billing rule.

Boarding
- The school operates as a day school; boarding provision is not listed as part of the school's offerings. No boarding fees are published.

Other costs and fees (uniform, books, extras)
- Book fees: amounts are specified per year group (listed above) and are due 1 August.
- Uniform: All uniform items must be purchased from the school's supplier ZAKS. The school publishes a uniform requirement list and directs parents to ZAKS for uniform pricing and ordering.
