Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Online Enquiry: Parents may begin by submitting an online enquiry form. The year group equivalency guide helps identify the appropriate year group for the child. The school accepts pupils from all nationalities and learning needs and will contact applicants to support the next stages.
2. Assessment: After submission, assessments are scheduled on campus. The assessment formats vary by year: Nursery/Foundation Stage use a short interactive assessment and play-based observation; Year 1 has a written English and Mathematics assessment with a play-based observation; Years 2–10 use a progression-based English and Mathematics assessment, GL CAT4, an English written assessment, and a Phase Leader interactive meeting. An assessment fee of AED 500 plus VAT applies.
3. Enrolment: Offers are issued to successful applicants; a formal meeting with parent and child may be required before completion. If a seat is not available, the application is placed on a waiting list. Enrolment is confirmed upon acceptance of the offer and payment of the registration fee of 10%. Parents must submit documents including Transfer certificate or leaving certificate (the original is required on or before your child's first day at school, attested as per the UAE law), Emirates ID, copy of UAE residency visa, four passport photographs, copies of health and/or psychological assessments conducted with the student (where required), Vaccination Card, signed school-parent contract, and any other relevant information regarding your child. Please note that as per KHDA School fee framework, a 5% re-registration fee applies after spring break, deductible against the first term fees.
If a seat is not available, the application will be placed on a waiting list until a seat becomes available.
