Billing schedule and payment terms
- Term payment due dates: 1st term payable by 01 August 2025; 2nd term payable by 01 December 2025; 3rd term payable by 01 March 2026. The full term fee must be paid before the start of each term (students may not join the classroom if fees are not settled by Orientation Day or the first day of term).
- Returned cheque charge: AED 250. Fee for cheque retrieval by parents: AED 50. Replacement payment for a returned cheque must be made in cash.
- For company‑paid fees, if the company does not pay by the due date the parent must settle the fee; a refund will be issued once the company completes payment.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; Al Salam Private School operates as a day school and does not publish boarding or residential fees.
Other costs and optional services (examples and typical ranges)
- Mandatory assessment / benchmark exam charges (GL Progress Tests, Checkpoint, CAT4) are invoiced separately. Chromebooks, some textbooks, after‑school activities, transportation, uniforms, trips, extra learning support, and late‑collection charges are not included in tuition and are charged separately.

Refunds and withdrawal charges
- Nursery refunds and deductions on withdrawal: if a child was enrolled for two weeks or less, one month's fee will be deducted; if enrolled between two weeks and one month, two months' fees will be deducted; if enrolled for more than a month, three months' fees will be deducted.
- For students withdrawing from the school during the academic year, refunds (if any) are calculated in accordance with KHDA guidelines (KHDA Fee Framework). Enrolment fees and application fees are non‑refundable as specified (see enrolment fees section above).
