Billing schedule and payment terms
- The academic year is billed in three termly instalments. Term 1 runs Sep–Dec (4 months), Term 2 runs Jan–Mar (3 months) and Term 3 runs Apr–Jun (3 months). Tuition fees are divided into three termly instalments. Due dates for term tuition fees are 1 August (Term 1), 1 December (Term 2) and 1 March (Term 3). The registration fee is due immediately on offer acceptance; the re‑registration fee is due on the re‑registration date. Full‑year invoices are issued on 1 August. Failure to pay fees after warning notices may result in sanctions including suspension or withholding of reports.

Sibling discount

Refund information and retention policy
- Registration and re‑registration fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable after 30 June. For tuition refunds where a student leaves during a term: if attendance is from one week up to three weeks in a term, the school retains the value of one full month of tuition; if attendance is over three weeks up to six weeks in a term, the school retains the value of two full months of tuition; if attendance is over six weeks in a term, the school retains the full‑term fee.
Boarding
