Application and Registration Fees
- Registration fee: AED 2,000 payable upon acceptance of an offer. This registration fee is deductible from the total tuition fees for the academic year. The registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable to any other child or academic year after 30 June.

Re‑registration Fee
- Re‑registration fee: AED 2,000 payable at the time of re‑enrolment to guarantee a place for the following academic year. This fee is deductible from the total tuition fees for the academic year and is neither refundable nor transferable to any other child or academic year after 30 June.

Tuition fees (annual and term amounts) — current structure used for 2025–2026
- FS1, FS2 and Year 1: Annual tuition AED 27,840. Term 1 AED 11,136; Term 2 AED 8,352; Term 3 AED 8,352.
- Years 2 to 6: Annual tuition AED 33,420. Term 1 AED 13,368; Term 2 AED 10,026; Term 3 AED 10,026.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The academic year is billed in three termly instalments. Term 1 runs Sep–Dec (4 months), Term 2 runs Jan–Mar (3 months) and Term 3 runs Apr–Jun (3 months). Tuition fees are divided into three termly instalments. Due dates for term tuition fees are 1 August (Term 1), 1 December (Term 2) and 1 March (Term 3). The registration fee is due immediately on offer acceptance; the re‑registration fee is due on the re‑registration date. Full‑year invoices are issued on 1 August. Failure to pay fees after warning notices may result in sanctions including suspension or withholding of reports.

Payment plans and accepted methods
- 0% installment plans are offered through partner banks (examples listed include FAB, ADIB and ENBD) to spread school fee payments over monthly instalments. Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, cheque or electronic card/payment channels; cash payments are not accepted. For bank transfer the school provides account details (ABU DHABI COMMERCIAL BANK; AL NAHYAN BRANCH; Account No. 256720318001; IBAN AE230030000256720318001). Proof of payment should be emailed to accountant@alshohub.sch.ae. Returned cheques will incur relevant bank charges.

Other costs and optional charges
- Tuition fees do not include uniform, food services (catering), transport, examination fees or extra‑curricular activities outside school hours. Catering is supplied by Food Nation; catering payments may be made via the canteen or the PayMint platform. Bus transportation is offered through Emirates Transport; the annual cost for a return journey is AED 5,000. Additional charges for optional activities, examinations, uniforms and transport apply as separate items.

Sibling discount
- Rebate on annual tuition when enrolling three or more children from the same family: 3rd child receives a 4% rebate; 4th child a 7% rebate; 5th child and above a 7% rebate. Terms and conditions apply.

Refund information and retention policy
- Registration and re‑registration fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable after 30 June. For tuition refunds where a student leaves during a term: if attendance is from one week up to three weeks in a term, the school retains the value of one full month of tuition; if attendance is over three weeks up to six weeks in a term, the school retains the value of two full months of tuition; if attendance is over six weeks in a term, the school retains the full‑term fee.

Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable. The school operates as a day school for ages 3–11 (Nursery/FS1 to Year 6) and does not list boarding provisions.

Other notes
- Tuition fees may be subject to increase prior to or during the academic year, subject to ADEK approval. Tuition and other fees are essential to the operation of the school and prompt payment is required. Extra items such as uniforms, food, transport and activities are charged separately.
