Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Inquire, tour, and schedule assessment. Parents contact the Admissions team to inquire about the admissions process, book a tour, or schedule an assessment. The team arranges a play-based observation or an age-appropriate assessment for the child and provides timing and expectations. The Admissions team communicates next steps and timelines, usually confirming arrangements promptly.
2. Transfer and onboarding. The school onboard new students throughout the academic year, including transfers from local, national, or international schools. The Admissions team assists from the inquiry stage to the student's first day at the school. The process ensures a smooth transition with clear guidance on what to expect.
3. Admissions documents. Prepare the required documents: Student Passport/ID Copy, Student Visa Copy, Parents Passport/ID Copy, Parents Visa Copy, and the student's current school or nursery progress report. The Admissions team reviews these documents to determine eligibility and next steps. Applicants will receive guidance on submission timelines and any additional requirements.
4. Outcome and enrollment. The Admissions team confirms the outcome of the application, usually within 48 hours. If an offer is accepted, enrollment information is provided and families receive the next steps. The Admissions team remains available during office hours to answer questions and assist with the enrollment process.
