Enrolment and re-enrolment fees

Required education supplies and other expected costs

- Stationery: AED 300 to AED 400 (estimated range).
- Books (where listed): AED 200 to AED 400 (estimated range for applicable grades). Laptop/digital device guidance where listed: AED 2,000 to AED 3,500.
- Optional services and activity costs (estimated ranges):
- Transport: AED 4,780 to AED 6,720.
- Extracurricular activities / clubs: AED 1,500 to AED 2,000 (some activities vary).
- Local educational trips: AED 300 to AED 600; overseas trips: AED 3,000 to AED 14,000 depending on itinerary.
- Other possible charges listed in the fact sheets include competition fees, costumes, class photographs, enrichment activities, national games participation and specialist programme fees with amounts shown as ranges per activity.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition is stated as an annual (KHDA-approved) fee for each grade. The school's enrolment and re-enrolment fees are specified as deductible from the 1st term fees, indicating term-based billing for the academic year. The school's published academic year timing and operational calendar are available through the school's admissions and calendar information.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Skiply. Cheques should be in favour of AMITY SCHOOL LLC. Bank transfer details (account name, account number, IBAN, SWIFT and branch details) are provided for electronic payment. Fee refund policy and withdrawal deductions

- Parents must notify the school in writing at least two weeks before withdrawing a student. Fee deduction on withdrawal follows the KHDA Schools Fees Framework as stated by the school:
- If the student was enrolled for two weeks or less: one month's fee will be deducted.
- If enrolled for more than two weeks but up to one month: two months' fees will be deducted.
- If enrolled for more than one month: the full term's fees will be deducted.
- Deposits and fees are generally non-refundable if students choose not to return for the next academic year or do not take an offered place; exceptions exist where a refund of the deposit is required under special circumstances (for example, family relocation, move to another Emirate or other unforeseen circumstances) and such cases may be submitted to KHDA for review. For fee-refund queries contact the Accounts department.

Boarding / hostel

- The school does not operate boarding or hostel facilities as part of its K–12 provision; Amity School Dubai is a day school and no boarding charges are listed in the school's fee fact sheets or fees information.
