The campus sits on a 20,000-square-meter site in Umm Suqeim 2 and has a capacity of about 700 pupils. The school combines the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) for preschool with an adapted English National Curriculum for Years 1–8, and there are plans to offer IGCSEs and A-levels in coming years. The environment is described as multicultural and language-rich, with instruction in Arabic, Chinese, French and Russian.
The school describes its community as warm, welcoming, and multicultural, with a strong emphasis on student well-being and a sense of belonging. BC Academy offers a broad range of clubs and activities, including BC Games, Chess, Singing, Ballet, Modern Dance, Robotis, Coding & LEGO, and Matata Lab. Open Day events, such as the January 28, 2026 Open Day, invite families to visit the campus and engage with the community.
BC Academy's parent involvement is organized through BEAM (BC Academy Enrichment and Activities Movement), a program described as fostering partnerships among parents, students, and teachers. BEAM aims to encourage active participation in school life and to connect home, school, and student experiences. Through BEAM, parents can engage in activities and events that support clubs and school programs. The school emphasizes community and belonging as central to its ethos, reinforced by leadership messages and school-wide events. A key family-facing event is the Open Day, which invites families to visit the campus and learn about BC Academy's programs.
