- A registration/deposit is charged when an offer is accepted: a fee equal to 5% of the annual tuition is payable to secure a place; this amount is applied against the tuition for the year.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition may be paid annually or in three termly instalments (Autumn, Spring, Summer) matching the term amounts shown above. Fees invoices are issued per term; fees are payable in full for the term as invoiced.

Boarding / Residential provision
- Brighton College Abu Dhabi operates as a day school and does not offer boarding; a school bus service is provided for pupils from Nursery to Year 13.

Other costs and incidental charges
- Uniform and sports kit: items are purchased from the school's official supplier, Zaks (store details and online ordering available). Parents should budget separately for uniform purchases.
- Meals / catering: school lunch and catering services are provided by the College's catering partner; meal accounts are managed via an online payment portal and are charged in addition to tuition.
- Transport (school bus): bus service fees are charged termly and must be paid in advance; bus fees apply whether or not the service is used every day. Bus fees are an additional cost to tuition.
- Examination fees and optional activity costs: examination board fees, optional trips, some extra‑curricular activities and some outside providers' costs are charged in addition to tuition where applicable.
- Textbooks: textbooks are provided without a separate charge as part of the College provision.
- Additional SEN / specialist support: if a pupil requires learning support beyond the College's standard provision, additional charges may be applied subject to ADEK regulations and approval.

Refunds and deposits
- The registration/deposit equal to 5% of the annual tuition is applied against tuition for the year (i.e., refunded or offset as described above when the place is accepted).
- Bus fee refunds: bus fees are paid termly in advance and refunds are not available if a child stops using the service during the term.

Fee payment options and instructions
- Cheque: payable to Brighton College Abu Dhabi.
- Bank transfer: bank details (First Abu Dhabi Bank, account name Brighton College Abu Dhabi, IBAN and SWIFT) are provided for direct transfers; parents are asked to reference pupil name/ID and to forward transfer confirmation to the Finance team for reconciliation.
- Card / online payments: credit or debit card payments can be made via a secure payment link issued on request by the Finance team.
- The College requests that term fees and any additional service fees (bus, meals, examinations) are settled prior to the pupil's first day of each term in line with normal billing practice.
