Brighton College Abu Dhabi opened in 2011 as the first international campus of Brighton College. It is part of the Brighton College International Schools network, with sister campuses in Al Ain, Bangkok, Singapore and Hanoi. The Abu Dhabi campus is located in Bloom Gardens, Khalifa Park, Abu Dhabi. The eight-acre campus includes a 25-metre pool, a long jump pit, a full-size 4G astro pitch and other purpose-built learning spaces. The College offers a British-style education aligned with Brighton College UK and is governed through a Local Advisory Board that includes parent representation.
Brighton College Abu Dhabi operates a broad co-curricular program as part of its Beyond the Classroom framework, including sport, the arts, and excursions to enrich learning. The campus features an Expressive and Creative Arts wing with facilities such as a theatre, dance studios and music spaces that support community activities. Open mornings and other family events are regularly offered to engage parents and prospective families. The Old Brightonians alumni network provides a global platform for events and networking, connecting current pupils with past pupils and staff.
Brighton College Abu Dhabi does not publish a dedicated Parent Teacher Association on public pages; parent involvement is coordinated via the Local Advisory Board. The Local Advisory Board includes parent representatives and provides input on the College's strategy and policies. The Old Brightonians alumni network offers events and networking opportunities for families and former pupils, with Brighton College Connect serving as a networking platform. In the wider Brighton College family, parent groups at other campuses, such as Friends of Brighton College Dubai, organize events and fundraising activities to support school life. Open mornings and school tours are regularly offered to involve parents in school life.
