Registration or re-registration deposits may be refundable only in the specific circumstance set out by the regulator (for example, where a school's KHDA quality rating changes) and book fees are refundable if a student leaves prior to the start of the academic year. The school reserves the right to withhold reports, final results and transfer documentation until all fees are settled.
