Billing schedule and payment terms

- Registration and assessment fees are payable at application/enrolment. The registration payment is offset partially against the annual tuition balance.
- Transport, uniforms, books and external exam charges (where applicable) are billed separately from base tuition and are additional to the annual tuition figures above. Transport is commonly charged as an annual add‑on.
- The school's published material does not list a single mandatory payment plan in public listings; families should expect standard options such as full‑year payment or termly instalments and that the accounts office will issue the official invoice and payment schedule. The per‑term instalments shown above are calculated values for planning.

Boarding / accommodation

- No boarding or residential programme is listed; the school operates with day provision and offers student transport services.

Other costs and typical additional fees

- Transport: typical range AED 5,000 – AED 9,000 per year (route and distance dependent).
- Uniforms and books: charged separately as one‑off or annual purchases; costs vary by package and are additional to tuition.
- External examination fees (IGCSE/AP/board exams), laboratory levies, activity or learning‑resource levies and special‑program charges are billed in addition to tuition where applicable.
- Sibling discounts and occasional scholarships or fee concessions are commonly offered in the sector and are noted in public listings as commonly available; eligibility and scale are set by the school's fee policy.

Refunds and cancellation

- The registration payment is shown as a one‑time charge that is applied against tuition; detailed tuition/refund terms and any cancellation penalties are governed by the school's fee policy. Public listings for the school present the registration policy but do not publish a full refund schedule in the public fee summary.

Fee payment options

- There is no single public listing of accepted payment channels for this school. In practice, private schools in the UAE commonly accept bank transfer (local/international), in‑person card payment at the accounts office, and payment via the school's invoicing/payment portal if provided; parents should use the school's official invoice for the precise bank details, card‑payment arrangements or instalment options offered.

Quick practical note for parents (fees only)

- Budget for the one‑off application/assessment payments on submission of paperwork; add the chosen annual tuition amount plus separate transport, uniform, book and exam levies; the per‑term instalments listed above may help with short‑term budgeting.
