Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Apply online by filling the form. The Admissions Team will contact families to request the required documentation and guide next steps. Age eligibility follows UAE Ministry of Education rules and is based on the child's age as of August 31. Applications are considered for intake based on seat availability.
2. Submit the required documents. The documents include a passport-size photo of the student, Emirates ID copies (both sides), the student's passport, the visa page, the birth certificate, vaccination records, the last academic report (from KG2 onwards), and copies of the parents' Emirates IDs, passports, and visas. For UAE nationals, a خلاصة قيد (Khulasat Qaid) Family Book is required. These documents are part of the admission process.
3. Assessment. The assessment content varies by cohort: EYFS and Key Stage 1 use age-appropriate evaluation with English, Maths, and social/learning skill checks, plus a face-to-face interview in some cases. Upper Primary to Upper Secondary use online assessments with English tasks and, in many cases, Arabic papers and potential interviews with staff. The assessment aims to evaluate learning skills and potential and determine suitability for the school community.
4. Offer and enrollment. After the assessment and based on seat availability, an offer letter is issued. To secure a place, pay the registration fees and submit any required documentation. Enrollment is completed through the online enrollment system, and families can begin learning journey upon confirmation.
