The school follows an adapted British curriculum, blending the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) from England with the Cambridge International Curriculum and UAE Ministry of Education requirements. The program runs from Pre-KG (FS1) aged 3 to AS/A Level (Year 12–13) aged 18, organized into six stages: EYFS, Primary (Key Stages 1 and 2) and Secondary (Key Stages 3, 4 and 5). In the Primary Programme, English, Mathematics, Science and Computing follow the Cambridge International Primary Programme, with French or Urdu offered as additional languages; in the Secondary Programme, English, Mathematics, Science and Computing follow the Cambridge International Curriculum, with French or Urdu also available and MOE subjects such as Arabic, Social Studies, Moral Education and Islamic Studies. The school emphasizes 21st-century skills—creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and communication—alongside values such as care, connection, culture and community.
Art and Music are part of the Primary Programme, while the Secondary Programme includes Art and STREAM. The Cambridge International Primary Programme for core subjects is complemented by arts-related offerings as part of the broader curriculum.
French or Urdu are offered as additional languages in Primary and Secondary; Arabic, Social Studies, Moral Education and Islamic Studies are implemented according to UAE MOE requirements; The school serves a diverse student body with learners from nearly 50 nationalities.
Physical Education is included in the Primary and Secondary programmes, and Art and STREAM are offered as part of the curriculum, supporting creative and physical development. The school integrates sport, arts and collaborative projects to promote teamwork and personal growth.

The leadership structure includes Heads of Schools for Lower Primary, Upper Primary, Secondary Boys and Secondary Girls. Curriculum Leaders oversee teaching teams, and the Care & Guidance team supports student wellbeing with a Head of Health & Wellbeing (a psychologist), two Counsellors, a SEND Teacher and medical staff.
