Billing schedule and payment terms

If a student withdraws prior to the start of the academic year, the balance of the first term/semester fee paid will be refunded, less the Application Fee and Registration Deposit or Re-enrolment Fee. If a student withdraws during a term/semester, refunds are processed according to Ministry bylaws as follows: fees charged for one full month if the student attended two weeks or less; charged for two full months if attendance was more than two weeks but less than one month; charged for the entire term/semester if attendance was more than one month. Refunds are returned to the original payee.

Non-payment consequences and payment timing

- Failure to pay school fees may result in loss of the student's place, withholding of reports/references/examination results, and/or temporary or permanent exclusion from the school. Tuition is payable in advance at the start of each term.
