Application fees

- An Application Fee of AED 500 plus VAT is payable at the time of registration.
- A Registration Deposit equal to 10% of the annual tuition fee is due upon acceptance of the Offer Letter. The Registration Deposit is non-refundable but is adjustable against the annual tuition fee.

Tuition fees by year group (annual and per-term breakdown)

- Foundation Stage 1 (FS1)
- Annual tuition: AED 44,200.
- Term fees: Winter term AED 17,680; Spring term AED 13,260; Summer term AED 13,260.

- Foundation Stage 2 (FS2) through Year 6
- Annual tuition: AED 55,714.
- Term fees: Winter term AED 22,286; Spring term AED 16,714; Summer term AED 16,714.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- All tuition fees are payable in advance of attendance and are due prior to the start of the academic year or at the start of each term. Tuition will be invoiced from the time of admission so payments can be processed before the term begins.
- If a student joins mid-term, tuition is prorated based on the number of full weeks remaining in the term/semester.

Re-enrolment and deposits

- A Re-Enrolment Fee of 5% of the annual school fee is payable to secure a seat for the next academic year; this fee is non-refundable but adjustable against the first term's fees. The Application Fee, Registration Deposit and Re-Enrolment Fee remain non-refundable.

Refund information and withdrawal charges

- Refunds follow the Ministry of Education bylaws for private education. If a student withdraws prior to the start of the academic year, the balance of the first term/semester fee paid will be refunded, less the Application Fee and Registration Deposit or Re-enrolment Fee. If a student withdraws during a term/semester, refunds are processed according to Ministry bylaws as follows: fees charged for one full month if the student attended two weeks or less; charged for two full months if attendance was more than two weeks but less than one month; charged for the entire term/semester if attendance was more than one month. Refunds are returned to the original payee.

Non-payment consequences and payment timing

- Failure to pay school fees may result in loss of the student's place, withholding of reports/references/examination results, and/or temporary or permanent exclusion from the school. Tuition is payable in advance at the start of each term.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable. GEMS Jumeirah Primary School operates as a day primary school (no boarding provision).

Other costs and fees

- Uniform: School uniform is compulsory and must be purchased from the approved supplier (Threads store, Times Square Mall). Specific uniform items and required kit are listed by the school; prices are set by the supplier.
- Transport: School transport is outsourced to a third-party provider; transport is charged separately.
- Additional optional costs: Canteen, extra-curricular activities and other school-related expenses are charged separately. The school's payment offerings reference these items when describing payment benefits and cashback.
