Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition and other fees are payable in advance of attendance and, for continuing students, are payable within the first week of each term.
- Fees for a student joining mid‑term are charged from the date of the Offer Letter; if joining mid‑month the full month's fees are charged for the joining month.
- To secure a place for the next academic year, payment of the re‑registration deposit (5% of total tuition) is required; outstanding fee balances prevent re‑enrolment.
- Non‑payment may result in withholding of reports, examinations, or loss of place; the school reserves the right to change the fee schedule and terms subject to regulatory approval.
Refunds and withdrawal
- Tuition refunds are processed in accordance with the Ministry of Education bylaws for private education.
- A written withdrawal notification is required; a 30‑day notification period applies to withdrawals to allow documentation and processing (including TC requests submitted via the parent portal).
- The registration deposit paid on acceptance of an offer is non‑refundable (but is deductible from tuition).
Boarding fees
- Not applicable. The school operates as a day school and provides school‑bus transportation for students.
