Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition for each term must be paid on or before the commencement of that term. Students are not permitted to start school unless full fees are accounted for with post-dated checks (PDCs), regardless of the selected payment mode. Only term-wise PDCs are accepted; a single PDC for the full year is not acceptable.
- If a check is returned by the bank, the fee remains outstanding and must be paid immediately; a returned-check charge of AED 250 will be applied and only cash will be accepted in replacement of the returned check. Parents must notify the Accounts Office one week in advance for replacement of checks.
- If fees are paid by a third party and are not paid on the due date, the parent remains liable; the school will require payment from the parent and will refund the parent if/when the third party payment is subsequently received.

KHDA service fees and official request charges

- KHDA request fees (each): AED 120 for services such as Education Continuation Certificate for visa renewal, Leaving Certificate, change of student details, No-Objection Certificate, attestation of academic certificate/transcript, and issuing equivalency of an academic certificate.

Additional compulsory and optional costs

- Uniforms and PE kits: Compulsory; must be purchased from the school's designated supplier (Zaks Uniform Store). Uniforms are sold externally.
