Notes on the tuition line items

- The listed annual tuition figures are the approved tuition + book amounts for each grade. Uniform is charged separately as shown above.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The school publishes the academic year start and registration requirements and requires the admission fee to be paid at registration. The academic year for the 2026–2027 session commences in March 2026.
- Parents who submit a withdrawal after the published fee due date remain liable for the relevant instalment and any applicable late fee; if withdrawal is submitted after payment of school fees, there is no refund for the fees already paid.
- The school's fee figures are published as annual tuition (tuition + books). Under the prevailing practice for SPEA‑regulated schools, tuition is commonly invoiced term‑wise in multiple instalments; using that common term structure, the per‑term amounts above are shown as the annual figure divided into three equal instalments for clarity. (Annual figures and the separate uniform charge are published by the authority.)

Boarding / hostel fees

- The school operates as a day school and does not publish boarding/hostel fees. Transport is provided as a separate service and is administered by the school.

Other costs and routine charges

- Books: the tuition line shown is specified as "tuition + books," so book charges are included in the annual tuition amount.
- Uniform: AED 300 per student (annual, separate).
- Transport: the school operates a point‑to‑point school transport service; transport fees and route charges are separate from tuition and are handled through the school's transport registration process. Changes to pick‑up points and discontinuation of transport must be submitted in writing. Any damage to buses caused by a student will be charged. (Transport fees are not published in the public fee table.)
- Incidental charges: the school's published policies make clear that specific incidental charges (for example, damage replacement, bus damage charges and similar items) can be levied where applicable.

Refund information and withdrawal rules

- Withdrawal process: a formal written application (or e‑mail in emergency) is required for withdrawal; telephonic messages are not accepted as authentic. If the withdrawal is applied after published fee due dates, the parent remains liable for the applicable instalment and any late fee. If withdrawal is applied after payment of school fees, there is no refund for fees already paid.

Fee payment options

- Admission fee payment: payable at the school office on submission of the registration form.
- The school provides an online fee‑payment facility (parent/payment portal) for paying school fees. Specific payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, cheque, etc.) for the online portal or school office payments are handled through the school's payment channels and account/payments pages.
