1. Online Registration and initial admission steps. The process begins by filling the online Registration form and the school will notify you about vacancy in the grade. You download the syllabus and prepare for the entrance test; for KG1 and KG2 an interview is conducted as part of the process. Submit the Admission Form and complete the required payments to confirm admission. The school is operated by PACE Group.
2. Age Criteria for Admission. KG1 must be 4 years old by 31 March; KG2 must be 5 years old by 31 March; Grade 1 must be 6 years old by 31 March. Admissions are subject to seat availability and grade-specific eligibility criteria.
3. Documents to be submitted with Admission Form. Passport Copy; Birth Certificate copy; Vaccination card copy; Original Emirates ID card and copy; 4 photographs; Bonafide Certificate. After joining, an attested Transfer Certificate and Report Card with the school seal and Principal signature are required for Grades 2 to 12.
4. Grade-specific admission requirements. Grade 11 admissions require an Attested Transfer Certificate, Grade 10 attested marksheet, Grade 9 Report Card with school seal and Principal signature, and MOE equivalency Certificate for Grade 10. Grade 12 admissions require an Attested Transfer Certificate, Grade 11 attested marksheet, Grade 10 attested marksheet, Grade 9 Report Card with school seal and Principal signature, and MOE equivalency Certificate for Grade 10. Syllabi can be downloaded for Grades 1-9.
5. Fee and transport information. The 2026-2027 fee structure lists Ministry Approved fees by grade, with discounted fees shown (for example KG1 and KG2 at 7,790 AED and 7,200 AED after discount; Grade 9 at 9,840 AED and 9,300 AED after discount; Grade 12 at 12,300 AED and 11,550 AED after discount). Transport fees apply by location (e.g., Muweilah 5,000 AED; Sharjah 5,000 AED; Dubai 6,000 AED) with discounted rates noted where applicable. The 2025-2026 schedule mirrors the 2026-27 numbers with corresponding discounts. Note: External Benchmark Test Fee for Grade 3-9 is charged as per SPEA regulations.
