The campus is located at Damac Hills, Dubai. It moved to a new 21st‑century campus in 2016. The school serves Foundation Stage 1 through Year 13 on this campus and follows a bespoke British curriculum aligned with the England and Wales National Curriculums. Outdoor learning spaces and STEAM initiatives are part of the learning environment, with a focus on sustainability. The curriculum integrates technology from Foundation Stage onward to prepare students for a digital future.
Specialist coaches deliver PE and sport; two PE lessons per week are taught by trained PE teachers and supported by coaches. The school participates in a broad range of sports leagues and competitions hosted by DASSA from Year 3 to Year 13. The sports program includes swimming, aquathlon, cross country, athletics, gymnastics, rugby, football, basketball, netball, badminton, rounders, and cricket. An extensive after-school and lunch-time program complements the curriculum.
The school offers a bespoke curriculum within the England and Wales National Curriculums. The learning model uses a 6Cs skills-based approach to develop critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, citizenship, and confidence. From Foundation Stage onwards, technology is integrated to provide access to cutting-edge tools. GCSEs, A-levels and BTEC courses are offered to support progression to universities.
Life at JAS includes visits, trips, residentials, extra-curricular and after-school activity programs. Eco Club activities and sustainability projects are part of Life at JAS, including partnerships with local initiatives. Nature Connection Conference was hosted in January 2025. The sports program is supported by specialist coaches, and leadership and wellbeing programs are in place.
