Billing schedule and payment terms

- Registration/application payment (AED 500 + VAT) is required online when submitting an application; successful offers are secured by payment of the enrolment deposit, which is deducted from the first term invoice. Fees are administered on a term basis.
- Re‑enrolment and enrolment deposits are non‑refundable and non‑transferable; the school follows the UAE Ministry / KHDA refund framework for tuition refunds when a pupil withdraws. Specific refund rules apply for withdrawal prior to the academic year start or during the year (see the refund section below).
- Discounts and fee reductions available as published: staff / corporate discounts, and a tiered sibling discount. These discount schemes are applied in accordance with the school's published policy.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable. Kings' School Nad Al Sheba operates as a day school.

Other costs and optional charges

- Uniforms: AED 60 to AED 2,000 (uniform items range).
- Transport / school bus service: AED 6,000 to AED 8,500 (approximate range depending on route).
- School trips and excursions: typically AED 50 to several thousand dirhams depending on the trip (fact sheets show small trips up to AED 1,000–3,000 as examples).

Refund information (withdrawal and short‑stay rules)

The balance of the first term's fees paid will be refunded if a student withdraws prior to the start of the academic year (registration and deposit excepted). If a student withdraws during the school year, the remaining tuition is refunded in accordance with the Ministry of Education / KHDA bylaws for private schools. For short attendance: one full month's fee is charged if attendance is two weeks or less; two months' fees if attendance is more than two weeks but less than one month; if attendance exceeds one month, the full term fee is charged.

Fee payment options and practical arrangements

- Registration and enrolment payments are handled online via the school's parent/registration portal. The school's parent systems and on-site cafeteria wallet accept contactless/mobile wallet payments (Apple Pay / Samsung Pay) for catering; parents use the parent portal for invoices and fee information.
