Uniforms are required across the Academy. Lower School (Nursery–Year 4) wear green Mamoura polo shirts with navy bottoms; a green polo dress is available for girls in Early Years, and uniforms can be purchased through Magrudy's. From Years 7–11, students wear a white shirt or Katie blouse with a navy blazer and tie, navy trousers or dresses, and a Mamoura navy jumper; PE days have a dedicated PE kit, and shoes must be plain black, formal, and closed-toe. There is a separate Post-16 business attire policy for Years 12–13.
Mamoura British Academy is part of Aldar Academies, the Abu Dhabi-based group of schools. Aldar Academies is owned and operated by Aldar Education, the educational arm of Aldar Properties, and the group comprises several academies across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
