Application and Registration Fees

- Re-registration / Registration fee for Academic Year 2025/2026: 5% of the annual tuition fee. Billing schedule and payment terms

- Structure: Total tuition is divided into three instalments payable on a termly basis. Term 1 covers Sep–Dec (4 months), Term 2 covers Jan–Mar (3 months) and Term 3 covers Apr–Jun (3 months).

- Standard due dates: Registration fee due within 7 days of offer acceptance; Re-registration fee due (example date shown) 1 May 2025 for re-enrolment; Term 1 due 1 August; Term 2 due 1 December; Term 3 due 1 March. A full-year invoice (if requested) is raised with a due date of 1 August.

- Late payment procedures: The school issues three consecutive written warning notices at least one week apart for late or non-payment. The school may suspend a student (up to 3 days, at most once per term) for late/non-payment, and may withhold report cards, transfer certificates or block transfer until outstanding fees are settled. Parents are informed in writing at least three months before the end of the year if non-payment risks non-re-enrolment.

Boarding

Other costs and optional charges

- Tuition refund on early withdrawal during a term: If a student attends up to part of the first week of term and then leaves without sufficient written notice, the school may retain up to 5% of the annual tuition fee. Attendance of one to three weeks: school may retain the equivalent of one full month's tuition; attendance of over three and up to six weeks: school may retain two months' tuition; attendance over six weeks in a term: school may retain the full term fee.

Fee payment options

- Accepted methods: Payments may be made by online payment link, bank transfer, cheque or credit card. Cash payments are not accepted. Parents are liable for bank charges on any returned cheques.
