1. Registration and admission to KG1 through Grade 12 open from December of the proceeding academic year. Grade level registration for admission commences in the first week of October each year. Admission procedures follow KHDA guidelines. 2. When a place is offered, the candidate must submit the application form with the following documents: copy of the student's passport with a valid UAE visa, six recent passport‑size photographs, copy of the birth certificate in English or Arabic (original attached for verification), copies of the student's and parents' Emirates IDs, and a copy of the last examination mark sheet. 3. Students seeking admission to Grade 2 and above are required to submit the original Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate from the previous school, duly attested by the relevant educational authorities; for admissions after 15 June for Grades 2 onwards, the attested Transfer Certificate must also be submitted and counter‑attested by the appropriate consulate in Dubai and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 4. School fees are charged for 10 months in an academic year; there is no charge for July and August. Monthly fees vary by grade: KG1 & KG2 AED 484; Grade 1–3 AED 532; Grade 4–7 AED 573; Grade 8–9 AED 610; Grade 10 AED 660; and Grades 11–12 AED 806. 5. Scholarships: Merit Scholarships and Fee Concessions are given to deserving students for motivation and continuity of studies. 6. The school maintains a zero‑rejection policy and provides support for students with special educational needs, with appropriate adjustments to facilities and teaching methods as needed. 7. All admission procedures adhere to KHDA guidelines. 8. Entrance tests are used as part of admissions for KG2, Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3; test portions are published for these grades (KG2 and Grades 1–3).
