Billing schedule and payment terms
- A full-year fee invoice is issued at the start of the academic year. Tuition fees are payable termly and in advance. Due dates for the three term payments are: Term 1 — before August 22; Term 2 — before December 22; Term 3 — before March 22. The first term fee must be paid to secure the student's seat. School transportation fees are payable along with the term fee. Post-dated cheques for Term 1, Term 2 and Term 3 may be submitted to avail discounts where offered.
Registration, re-registration and related charges
- Registration fee (new students): 10% of the total tuition fee payable when an admission offer is accepted to secure the place; this registration fee is non-refundable but will be adjusted against term fees if admission is confirmed. Re-registration (existing students): 5% of the total tuition fee payable during re-registration; this re-registration fee is non-refundable but will be adjusted against the next academic year's term fees. Registration/re-registration fees cannot be deferred or carried forward to another year nor adjusted towards a sibling's fee.

- Transport routes and coverage are defined by the school and operated in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Transport fees are payable with the term fee.
Late-payment, returned-cheque and administrative charges
- A dishonoured cheque administration fee of AED 200 is charged per returned cheque. An administrative late-payment charge applies: AED 3 per day for delays up to 30 days, and AED 5 per day for delays beyond 30 days. The school reserves the right to suspend access to lessons and resources for fee default in accordance with regulatory rules.
Students' withdrawal and refund information
- Withdrawal requires a signed withdrawal form submitted to Admissions/Accounts and at least 30 days' notice. Registration and re-registration deposits are not refundable. If a parent gives written notice prior to the first day of the term and the student does not attend at all, tuition fees paid prior to the academic year start will be refunded in accordance with KHDA refund policy; the registration/re-registration deposit will not be refunded. For withdrawals during the academic year, book and stationery fees are non-refundable. Refunds are calculated from the start of the term to the date the formal withdrawal request is received (being on the school register counts as days in school):
- If enrolled two weeks or less: one month's fees are deducted; the remainder of term fees refunded.
- If enrolled for more than two weeks but less than one month: two months' fees are deducted; remainder refunded.
- If enrolled more than one month: the full term's fees are payable.
- If enrolled for more than three months and leaving during the year, a one-month notice period will be charged from the date of formal notification.
- Refunds to credit-card or online payments are returned to the card used. Cash/cheque payments are refunded by cheque to the parent who paid. If an employer paid fees, refunds are made to the employer. School management retains discretionary authority over refunds in certain circumstances.
