The Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi (NAS Abu Dhabi) is located on Al Reem Island, Tamouh, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition payments are due in advance of each term on the published dates: Term 1 due 1 August; Term 2 due in December; Term 3 due 1 March.
- All tuition fee payments must be made through secure, approved channels: the Zenda payment platform or by bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted. Families may discuss payment-plan arrangements with the Finance Team prior to the relevant due date.
- Re-enrolment deposit: during Term 2 a re-enrolment deposit of AED 3,000 is required to secure a place for the following academic year; it is credited against the next academic year's Term 1 tuition and is non-refundable if the student does not return (unless the school initiates withdrawal).

Boarding fees (if applicable)
- Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi operates as a day school; there is no boarding provision and therefore no boarding fees.

Other costs and fees (charged separately from tuition)
- School uniform.
- School trips and educational visits.
- Lunch and catering services.
- Devices and learning-technology items.
- External examination fees (I/GCSE, A Level), including re-sits and additional charges for access arrangements (e.g., reader/scribe); parents receive separate invoices for examinations and any re-sits or special arrangements are charged additionally.
- Optional enrichment and extra-curricular activities (where charges apply).
- School transport services are provided by an external supplier (Global Wings) and transport fees are charged separately.

Refund and withdrawal information
- Registration and re-enrolment deposits are non-refundable in normal circumstances and are credited against the Term 1 tuition invoice.
- Mid-term joining or withdrawal is calculated in line with ADEK guidance: attendance up to 3 weeks — one month's tuition may be retained; attendance of more than 3 weeks and up to 6 weeks — two months' tuition may be retained; attendance of more than 6 weeks — full term tuition may be retained. Part weeks are counted as full weeks.
- If written notice of withdrawal is not received at least four weeks before the start of term, or if the student attends any part of the first week of a term, the school may retain the registration or re-enrolment deposit.
- All refunds are processed by bank transfer only and are issued to the original payer; refunds remain subject to ADEK approval.

Fee concessions, discounts and special notes
- Employer discount programmes are available for employees of selected partner organisations; discounts are subject to eligibility, verification, Finance approval and ADEK approval.
- External examination charges are invoiced separately and cannot be included within the standard tuition fee because they vary by student and examination board.
