The school follows the UK British Curriculum through EYFS, Primary and Secondary, culminating to GCSEs, BTECs and A Levels. The Early Years Foundation Stage uses a Montessori-inspired, play-based approach. In Primary, learning is enquiry-based with cross-curricular links, and technology plays a significant role in Upper Primary with a BYOD programme beginning in Year 3. By Year 7, students are prepared for the next stage through a project-based learning approach.
Expressive Arts and Design is a defined area of learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage. The curriculum includes art within cross-curricular learning in Primary. House activities include Art Competitions as part of whole-school competitions.
All students participate in house competitions named Earth, Fire, Air and Water. Points are earned for in-class and whole-school events such as Sports Days, Talent Shows and Art Competitions. Students can earn points for personal traits such as being principled, caring, and showing outstanding behaviour.
