Pastoral care and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) are supported by a dedicated pastoral structure led by the Head of Pastoral and Enhanced Provision, with senior leadership involvement to provide care, guidance and personal development for students' social and emotional wellbeing.

Mental wellbeing is supported by a full‑time on‑site school nurse who provides health‑related services for all students throughout the day.
