Billing schedule and payment terms
- Annual fees must be settled via Direct Debit, cash, or cheque on or before 15 August 2025. Payment must be received and cleared prior to release of books and uniforms.
- For the 3-instalment option, an approved Direct Debit contract or post-dated cheques must be submitted on or before 15 August 2025. Instalment due dates are: 1st instalment (40%) — at the time of invoicing / start of term (see school invoice); 2nd instalment (30%) — dated 1 January 2026; 3rd instalment (30%) — dated 1 April 2026.

Application, registration and deposit fees
- Application (entrance) fee: AED 525 (non-refundable) payable at the entrance-test stage.
- Registration / confirmation deposit for new students (payable to confirm placement and adjustable against the tuition fee) — amounts by year group: FS1 AED 2,000; FS2 AED 2,000; Year 1 AED 2,100; Year 2 AED 2,100; Year 3 AED 1,200; Year 4 AED 1,300; Year 5 AED 1,300; Year 6 AED 1,300; Year 7 AED 1,300; Year 8 AED 1,400; Year 9 AED 1,500; Year 10 AED 1,800; Year 11 AED 1,900; Year 12 AED 2,000; Year 13 AED 2,000. These registration deposits are non-refundable but are adjustable against the tuition fee.

Mandatory and additional fees
- NAP (National Agenda Parameter) Test fee: AED 600 applies for Year 3 through Year 10 where indicated.
- Mandatory international exam fees (IGCSE/AS/A Level) and other external examination fees are charged where applicable; these are additional to the annual fee.
- The annual fee includes a standard uniform package and core book provision. Additional uniforms beyond the standard package, optional extra uniforms, after-school activities, extracurricular enrichment, trips and camps, competitions, concert and graduation charges, class photographs, special needs support, learning support assistants, STEM hardware or language immersion programmes are charged separately as applicable.
- Transport is optional and charged separately; typical transport fees range approximately AED 5,800 to AED 9,000 depending on route and service area.

Refunds and non-refundable items
- The application fee (AED 525) is non-refundable. Registration/confirmation deposits are non-refundable but are adjustable against the Term One tuition charge. These non-refundable conditions apply at the stages specified in the admissions and registration policy.
- Additional refundable or pro-rata arrangements for tuition or other fees (for example, mid-term withdrawal, fee refunds or KHDA-guided refund schedules) are not specified on the fee schedule page; parents should use the registration and admissions policy terms that apply to deposits and fee adjustments.

Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods: Direct Debit (recommended for instalments), cash, or cheque. An approved Direct Debit mandate or post-dated cheques are required for the termly instalment plan. Specific bank transfer or card payment acceptance may be arranged through the school's bursar or over-the-counter services at the main campus.
