The school is governed by The Safa Community School Board of Directors, an independent board that advises and supports school leadership in strategic and operational plans. The board comprises proprietor representatives and elected or nominated members including parents and staff; meetings are held once per term and minutes are maintained and shared with KHDA and the Dubai Ministry of Education. The board includes the proprietor as chair and oversees financial matters and potential sub-committees.
