Scholars International Academy (SIA) follows the British National Curriculum, with a structured progression from the Foundation Stage through Key Stages 1–5, leading to a Post-16 pathway. Foundation Stage covers ages 2–5, followed by Primary Stage (Key Stages 1–2), Secondary Stage (Key Stages 3–4), and Sixth Form for post-16 study. The school emphasizes critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity, caring, and courage across stages, and teaches core subjects (Mathematics, English, Science, Computing) plus Humanities, Arts, Physical Education, and modern foreign languages. Arabic (as a first and second language), Islamic/Moral Education, and Global Perspectives are included in the secondary program. Growth beyond the classroom is encouraged through projects, extracurriculars, and global perspectives. The school uses Cambridge International Examinations for external assessments at the secondary level (IGCSE in Years 10–11) and A Levels in Years 12–13, and delivers a range of option subjects.
The Primary and Secondary programs include Arts Education across Art and Design, Music, Drama, and Design and Technology, with project-based and creative learning emphasized in lessons. Extracurricular activities and competitions are encouraged to develop creativity and performance skills. In the Sixth Form, students may engage in arts-related pathways alongside other subjects.
The curriculum includes Arabic (first and second language) and French in addition to English, with Global Perspectives and Social Studies in the secondary program. UAE cultural and national context is embedded in learning, alongside international perspectives.
Students participate in a broad range of co-curricular activities, including sports, performing arts, and other enrichment programs aimed at developing leadership, teamwork, and social skills. The school supports learner well-being through a holistic approach to education and student life.
The school promotes community values and global citizenship through its Global Perspectives and Citizenship education, and through participation in international-linked programs and awards (e.g., Duke of Edinburgh International Award) as part of its accreditation and broader learning ecosystem.
Post-16 pathways include A Levels and BTEC options, with scholarships available for high-achieving learners. The Sixth Form emphasizes university-style teaching, internships, learner leadership programs, and developing independent thought and leadership qualities.
The school emphasizes well-being and character development as part of its High-Performance Learning framework, with a focus on resilience, empathy, and responsible citizenship as learners prepare for higher education and life.
