Facilities Overview

The school is located in School Zone, Muweilah Area, Sharjah. It is Sharjah's only co-educational High Performance Learning school and is accredited by British Schools Overseas and a member of the British Schools of the Middle East. The learning environment reflects a diverse community with a homeroom representing 16 nationalities, the largest share from England and Ireland. The campus includes a Nut‑Free canteen, Green Grounds Café, which serves fresh, healthy meals with weekly or monthly meal plans and operates from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday. The school conducts The Sports Academy, offering weekend programs across multiple sports to promote physical education and teamwork.

Sports Facilities

The Sports Academy offers a multi-disciplinary weekend sports program including Swimming, Football, Basketball, Karate, and Gymnastics. Sessions run on Saturdays and Sundays with defined time slots; fees range from AED 350 to AED 400 for 8 sessions monthly, depending on sport. The program is based at Scholars International Academy in the School Zone, Muweilah Area, Sharjah, with transportation available from the 2024-25 academic year. The academy emphasizes coaching from expert staff and focuses on confidence, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Academic Facilities

The school follows the British National Curriculum across Early Years Foundation Stage through Key Stage 5, culminating in IGCSE and A-levels. Primary and Secondary stages develop through structured subject studies, including Mathematics, English, Science, Design and Technology, History, Geography, Art and Design, Music, Physical Education, Computing, and Ancient and Modern Foreign languages. The school is a Cambridge School and uses Cambridge external examinations, including Checkpoints and Examinations, to support university readiness. The curriculum emphasizes independent thinking, critical thinking and cross-curricular skills as part of High Performance Learning.

Extra-Curricular Activities

Extracurricular activities include team sports and performing arts, as well as Model United Nations, debate and STEAM activities, reinforcing academic subjects. The school participates in the Duke of Edinburgh International Award, which develops leadership and well-roundedness. Continuous Learning opportunities include house competitions, overseas trips, Sports Olympiads and a Learner Council for a well-rounded experience. The school encourages participation in a broad range of extracurricular activities beyond academics.
