Nursery-specific fees (latest published nursery details)
- Annual tuition for the four-day, 8:30–12:30 program: AED 18,000 (year).
- Additional nursery charges: Annual registration AED 525; Annual medical AED 250; One-set uniform AED 200 (one T-shirt, one bottom, one pair of socks).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fee payment windows (AY 2025–2026): Term 1 fees — existing students and new admissions payable 15 to 22 August 2025; Term 2 fees payable 1 to 15 December 2025; Term 3 fees payable 1 to 15 March 2026.
- All tuition and transport fees must be paid prior to commencement of school; Term 1 tuition and transport fees must be paid before the start of the academic year. Post-dated cheques (PDCs) for Term 2 and Term 3 are to be submitted along with Term 1 payment, dated as per the published fee timeline. Students are permitted to start school only if fee payments are complete. Late payment fee of 1% of the outstanding amount per month will be charged if fees remain outstanding 30 days after the start of each term. Repeated fee defaults can result in requirements to pay the next academic year's tuition in advance.
Boarding fees

Uniform and other incidental costs

- Uniforms are sold at the on-campus SIA Uniform Shop; uniform fees are non-refundable. Updated-logo uniform items are required where specified.
- Resources fee: the school lists a resources fee that covers textbooks, exercise books, stationery, art materials, online resources, costume/concert production costs, transportation for field trips to Dubai & Sharjah, and the class photo; the resources fee amount is published separately or billed as part of the overall fees structure (the descriptive list is published). External examination fees are not included in tuition and are invoiced separately based on the exam board invoice.
- School meal plan: a monthly meal plan and canteen service are offered; menu and meal-plan details are published (meal-plan pricing is provided via the meal-plan channels).
Refund information (published policy highlights)
- If a parent withdraws admission prior to the start of the academic year, fees paid prior to the beginning of the academic year will be refunded after deducting application and re‑enrolment fees (these are non-refundable).
- Withdrawal during the first two weeks of school: one month's tuition charged and balance refunded.
- Withdrawal between two weeks and less than one month after the start of school: two months' tuition charged and balance refunded.
- Withdrawal after one month from the start of the school/term: the term's tuition fees are charged in full (no term refund).
- If books, resources, or uniforms have already been issued, the resources fee will not be refundable even if items are returned.
- Application and re-enrolment fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Optional additional fees (transport, student activities/ECA) are non-refundable once the school year has started.

Fee payment options and instalment facilities
- Bank transfer: full bank details are published for direct transfers (Account name: Scholars International Academy Pvt School; Account no: 012001120431; Bank: National Bank of Fujairah; IBAN: AE720380000012001120431; SWIFT: NBFUAEAFDXB; branch Jebel Ali, Dubai).
- Online payment via Zenda app (preferred online payment provider): supports Pay Now (credit card / debit card / bank transfer) and Pay Later (split payments). The school publishes a school code and instructions for using the app. PostPay (Zenda) can split fees into 3 monthly instalments; Zenda also offers a monthly instalment plan converting termly fees into up to 8 monthly payments using card details.
- 0% instalment plans: credit card holders can convert school payments into 0% instalments through partner banks (Emirates NBD, Emirates Islamic, RAKBANK, ADCB listed).
- School fee counter: payments accepted in person by cash, credit card, or cheques. Queries about payments can be addressed to the school cashier and relevant admissions contacts published by the school.
Notes
- External exam fees are invoiced separately based on exam-board invoices. Resources fee covers specified consumables and certain trip costs; the resources fee amount will appear in the school's billing where applicable. Transport, meal-plan and uniform charges are separate from tuition and are billed according to the services selected.
