Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition invoices are generated on admission and tuition fees must be paid in advance of the start of the academic year and in advance of each term's attendance. Payment is mandatory within the first month of each term unless a prior written payment plan is agreed with the bursar.
- Standard termly instalment structure: 1st term 40% of the annual tuition; 2nd term 30%; 3rd term 30%. Schools may charge tuition from the month of enrolment where a student joins mid-year. Failure to pay on time can lead to withholding of reports, examination results, and may result in the student losing their place.

Admissions-related and other compulsory fees
- Administration/one-off admissions fees: Registration fee AED 500 + VAT. These once-off admissions fees are non-refundable except as noted for the application as above.
- Books & resources (per year group): FS1–FS2 AED 550; Year 1–2 AED 1,050; Year 3–7 AED 1,275. School ID card AED 25 + VAT.
- Exam fees: FS1–FS2 AED 110; Year 1–2 AED 275; Year 3 AED 385; Year 4–8 AED 495.

Sibling, corporate and academic discounts
- Sibling discounts (applied to KHDA-approved fees): 1st sibling (second eldest child) 10%; 2nd and subsequent siblings 15%. Standard T&Cs apply.
- Corporate discounts: Up to 15% off KHDA-approved fees for eligible card holders (Esaad, Emirates Platinum, etc.). Proof of membership and ID must be provided within the first month of term. Multiple discounts cannot be combined and corporate cardholder must be a biological parent.
- Academic discounts: New students applying for Year 6 and Year 7 may be eligible for an additional academic discount (Year 6: 5%; Year 7: 10%) subject to admissions assessment criteria.

School transport (bus) fees and billing
- School bus fees are charged annually and the provider publishes zonal fees. Representative annual fees by zone (with term breakdowns) are: Zone 1 AED 7,000 (Term 1 AED 2,800; Term 2 AED 2,100; Term 3 AED 2,100); Zone 2 AED 7,750 (Term 1 AED 3,100; Term 2 AED 2,325; Term 3 AED 2,325); Zone 3 AED 8,000 (Term 1 AED 3,200; Term 2 AED 2,400; Term 3 AED 2,400); Zone 4 AED 8,500 (Term 1 AED 3,400; Term 2 AED 2,550; Term 3 AED 2,550); Zone 5 AED 9,500 (Term 1 AED 3,800; Term 2 AED 2,650; Term 3 AED 2,650). These bus fees are quoted as KHDA-approved annual and term amounts.

Uniforms and where to purchase
- Uniforms may be pre-ordered and purchased directly through the school's approved supplier (Zaks Al Barsha). A uniform catalogue and checklist are available from the supplier. (Uniform item prices are supplied by the uniform retailer.)

Refunds and reimbursement method
- Registration/re-registration deposit is generally non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances such as verified family relocation. Tuition fees paid prior to the academic year are refundable with deduction of registration/re-registration fees. Refund deductions based on length of enrolment include: if enrolled two weeks or less — one month's fees deducted; if enrolled between two weeks and one month — two months' fees deducted; if enrolled for more than a month — a full term's fees deducted. Book and exam fees are refundable if the student leaves prior to the beginning of the academic year. All reimbursements are issued by cheque; if fees were paid by a company, refunds are made to that entity.

Fee payment options
- Online payment is available via the school's payment portal (Nexquare/Zenda). The portal is used for account login, invoicing and online collection. Additional modes of payment or specific merchant methods accepted can be arranged via the school bursar or the online payments portal. Refunds are issued by cheque.
