Application and registration fees

- Application & Assessment Fee: AED 525 one-time for new students. This fee is non-refundable and due at the time of assessment.

- Registration Fee / Registration Deposit: A registration fee/deposit is charged to reserve a place and is due within 7 days of the Offer Letter. The registration deposit amount shown above is deducted from the total tuition for the academic year. If the reserved seat is not taken by the family, the registration fee is not refunded except where cancellation is for reasons outside the parents' control (employment relocation outside the UAE or employment termination requiring departure from the UAE) and supporting documentation is provided.

- Re-enrolment Fee (existing students): 5% of the annual tuition fee, non-refundable and due at the end of April of the current academic year.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment schedule (term due dates shown): Term 1 balance due on 25 August 2025; Term 2 due on 5 January 2026; Term 3 due on 6 April 2026. The registration deposit is taken as part of Term 1.

- Tuition does not include additional items: school trips and excursions, holiday camps, transportation, uniforms, food & beverage and extracurricular activities, school ID's, class photos, and examination fees. These are billed separately.

- Remarks: Student name and Student Number must be included on remittance advice for allocation. Any bank charges incurred must be paid by the payer; the school will not cover bank charges. Failure to provide/allocate the Registration Fee within 30 days of application will result in removal of the application from the system.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable; no boarding fees are listed.

- Uniforms: Not included in tuition; charged separately.

- School trips, camps, extracurricular activities, school IDs, class photos, and exams: Charged separately.

- Discounts: Lifetime sibling discounts apply (2nd, 3rd and 4th child receive 5% each on annual fee; 5th child receives 10% on annual fee) and a Refer-a-Friend scheme offers AED 1,500 credit on the youngest child's fees for each successfully enrolled new student recommended. Discounts are applied to invoices per the school's stated schedule.

Refund information

- Registration fee refund: The registration fee is non-refundable if the family chooses not to take the reserved seat. A full refund of the registration fee is available only if cancellation occurs for reasons outside the parents' control (employment relocation outside the UAE or employment termination requiring departure from the UAE) and appropriate supporting documents (employer letter, proof of visa cancellation) are provided. Re-enrolment fees are non-refundable. No other tuition refund policy is detailed in the fees information provided.
