Admissions

Step 1: ONLINE REGISTRATION. Online application is available on stmarysmuhaisnah.com and must be submitted within the specified dates. Applications are accepted online only; applications will not be called for admissions, entrance screening, or interviews unless the online registration is complete. The registration number provided after submission should be kept for reference.

Step 2: ENTRANCE SCREENING AND INTERVIEW. All applicants with complete applications will receive an email inviting them to the Entrance Screening and Interview. For students from Year 1 to Year 9, there is an Entrance Screening in Mathematics and English. EYFS 1 and EYFS 2 applicants have an informal interview as part of the process.

Step 3: APPLICATION RESULT NOTIFICATION. Offers are communicated by email; the school is not responsible for incorrect email addresses provided on the application form, so parents should ensure the email is written clearly. Do not call the school to check the status; all communications occur via email.
