- Student attends two weeks or less: one month's fees deducted.
- Student attends more than two weeks but less than one month: two months' fees deducted.

Refunds are calculated from the start of the term and according to the official written withdrawal date; for refund calculations each term is treated as one third of the annual fee. NON‑PAYMENT AND CONSEQUENCES

- The school may withhold progress reports, final examination results or transfer certificates until all outstanding fees are cleared; re‑registration may be refused where fees are unpaid or repeatedly late.
