The school uses English as the language of instruction. French is taught as a language (French Language and Culture) and is part of the curriculum. Arabic is taught as a language; Arabic is compulsory for all students from Grades 1 to 9; in Grades 10 to 12, Arabic is compulsory for Arab students and optional for non-Arab students. The SABIS curriculum includes English Language and Composition and French Language and Culture as exam subjects.
The International School of Choueifat Abu Dhabi sits on Yas Island; its campus was relocated in September 2023. The school serves students aged 4-18 in an English-medium, non-selective, co-educational, college-prep environment. As a member of the SABIS network, ISC Abu Dhabi welcomes 1,600 plus students from 58 nationalities. The curriculum combines a bespoke program with Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Levels, Cambridge A Levels, and Advanced Placement pathways, preparing students for local and international qualifications. The 27,000 metre campus offers spacious classrooms fitted with Interactive Smart Boards, two science laboratories, four computer labs, a library, music and art spaces, and an auditorium with professional lighting. The SABIS Integrated Testing and Learning Hall supports exams and revision. Early years facilities include large KG playground, indoor pool, and dedicated classrooms. Sports facilities include two pools, a full-size soccer field, a gym, and a multipurpose hall, alongside a range of clubs and activities.
