Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Schedule a campus tour and information. To book a campus tour, request information by email or book a meeting by filling the online Interest Form. The Admissions Office will get back to you shortly. This step provides an opportunity to learn about ISC‑Sharjah and meet the admissions team. 2. Application and Required Documents. Applicants may apply online by filling in the Application Form or apply in person at the school by obtaining the application pack from the reception desk. There is no application deadline, but the admission process should be initiated early. Applications are accepted but place offers are granted based on spaces available throughout the school year. There is no joining fee on the first occasion of going through the admission process. 3. Documents required. When enrolling, you will be asked to provide SABIS Application Form, SABIS Medical Form, four recent passport‑size photographs of the student on a white background, copies of the student's, father's, and mother's passports, copies of the student's, father's, and mother's Residency, copies of the student's UAE ID, copy of the student's birth certificate attested and translated, copy of the student's vaccination card, and a recent school report from the previous school stating the current grade and the grade promoted to, signed and stamped by the issuing school. These documents must be presented at the start of the admission process. 4. Document Attestation and Translation Requirements. Attestation and translation depend on origin: UAE/GCC nationals require a School Transfer Certificate stamped by the relevant ministry (if the child attends a KHDA‑registered school, a transfer certificate is not required); West European/Scandinavian/American/Australian nationals may provide a transfer letter or end‑of‑year report stamped and signed; Other countries require a School transfer certificate or end‑of‑year report attested. Documents must be attested by the relevant ministry, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the UAE embassy in the country, or stamped by the issuing country's embassy in the UAE and the UAE MFA. Translations must be in Arabic or English and, where necessary, translated by an official translator in the UAE. Note: School reports and transfer certificates/letters must state that the student has been promoted to the next grade. 5. Interview / Diagnostic Tests. Once the Admissions Office confirms the application is complete, they coordinate a date for the KG–Grade 1 interview or the Grade 2+ diagnostic test. These assessments, together with the previous school records, inform the placement decisions on a case‑by‑case basis. 6. Admission Decisions. Admission decisions are based on careful evaluation of the candidates; results of diagnostic testing and prior records are considered on a case‑by‑case basis. Additional criteria include motivation, social and emotional development, willingness to work hard, and the school's ability to accommodate the candidate's needs. A final admission decision cannot be made without the listed documents, and a place is reserved once the fees are paid.
