1. Online application. The enrollment process can take place from anywhere around the world. For the Academic Year 2026-27, admissions cover KG1 to Grade IX and Grade 11. The admission policy is available for download and the admission process begins by selecting ENROL NOW or ENROL ONLINE under Admissions. 2. Registration. A Registration step follows online application. The Application Fee is AED 525 and must be paid to initiate registration. The fee is refundable if the school does not offer a place, non-refundable if a place is offered but not taken, and not deductible from tuition if a place is accepted. 3. Documentation. At admission, upload Birth Certificate or attested affidavit, Passport with valid residence visa for the primary parent and student, Emirates IDs for both, student's passport‑size photo, the last exam mark sheet, and Vaccination Record. For students coming from outside the UAE, the Transfer Certificate must be attested by the appropriate authorities for the country of origin with KHDA/Embassy attestations as applicable. 4. Entrance test. Admission for KG1 to other grades requires an entrance test, subject to vacancies. KG1 admissions are typically offered for siblings; other grades are informed by entrance test results. 5. Withdrawals. If withdrawing, the school must receive a month's advance notice. To request a Transfer Certificate, log in to the GEMS Parental Portal and follow the TC request steps. A KHDA charge of AED 126 applies and a hard copy of the TC is issued after KHDA attestation. 6. Removal from school rolls. A student's name is struck off for reasons including 30 consecutive days of unauthorised absence, repeated failure, or gross misconduct. Readmission may be considered at the Principal's discretion, possibly after completing the admissions process. 7. Next steps. Enrol Online is open for Enrolments for the 2026-2027 academic year, and school tours can be booked as part of the admissions process.
