Admissions

Admissions

1. Registration window and online submission. Registration for admission to the 2026-27 cycle opened on October 15, 2025 and closed on November 5, 2025. Registrations are online through the school's registration form; incomplete or late submissions are rejected. Use an active Gmail address to receive the acknowledgement email. 2. Seat availability and selection. Admission cannot be guaranteed to all registrants because seats are limited. If registrations exceed seats, KG admissions are decided by lottery, while all other classes are selected on the basis of a grade-level assessment conducted by the school. The allotment is final and cannot be revised. 3. Documents and eligibility. Children seeking admission must meet age criteria: KG-1 born between 01.04.2021 and 31.03.2022; KG-2 age 5 as on 31 March 2026; Grade 1+ age 6. A valid residence visa and Emirates ID are required; the child must be physically present at admission. Original birth certificate (attested), original passport, and Emirates ID must be produced at admission. All students learn all subjects/languages specified by the Education board and ADEK; parents of children with learning disabilities must provide documents to arrange special assistance if needed. 4. Selection process and schedule. Selection for KG is by lottery when seats are fewer than registrations; selection for Grade 1 and above is based on performance in the assessment; reassessment is not conducted. Dates of admission are communicated via SMS/Email to registered contacts; selected candidates and parents must report with the required documents on the specified date and time. Wait-listed candidates will be contacted based on seat availability after the main list admissions. 5. Assessment and eligibility for admission. The assessment covers English, Maths, Science/EVS, and Hindi (from Grade 3). The schedule lists assessment dates on Saturdays across January and February 2026 for different grades; there is no second round of reassessment. 6. Void conditions and other rules. The admission offer becomes void if the student is absent on the admission date, if documents are incomplete or incorrect, or if fees are not paid within two days of the admission offer. 7. Important note for grade levels. Registration is not available for Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12. 8. General note on wait times. The process includes a waiting-list pathway; wait-listed KG candidates are notified based on seat availability after main-list admissions.

Waitlist

Waiting lists exist for KG entries. Note that candidates on the waiting list will be contacted depending upon the availability of seats; KG-1 waiting lists and KG-2 waiting lists are published, including lists for siblings where applicable. Waiting candidates may be called after seats open up from the main admission list.
