Billing schedule and payment terms

- Early-payment discount: a 2.5% discount on tuition is available for one-time full payment of annual tuition if paid in full before the due date of the 1st Term (school-stated deadline). Sibling discounts are applied as 15% for the first sibling and 20% for the second sibling onwards on annual tuition fees. A management concession of AED 1,000 is noted for Afternoon Shift FS1 & FS2. Payment methods and billing channels
- Payments accepted in person at the school fee counter by cash, credit/debit card or cheque. Online payment is available via the Zenda mobile app (credit/debit card payment via the app). Bank transfer is accepted; parents are instructed to contact the school accounts representative for bank transfer details.
Refund policy and student withdrawal
- Application fee and the registration deposit (10% of annual tuition) are non-refundable for new admissions. The re-registration fee for existing students is non-refundable. Refunds of school fees, when applicable, follow a sliding deduction scale:
- Enrolled two weeks or less: deduction of one month's fees.
- Enrolled more than two weeks but up to one month: deduction of two months' fees.
- Enrolled for more than one month: deduction of the full term's fees.
- Refund calculation is from the start of the term to the official withdrawal request date (being on the register counts as days in school). Refunds are processed by cheque only regardless of original payment method. If a parent withdraws a new admission before the start of the academic year, the 10% registration deposit is non-refundable.
