Step 1. Start the application. Apply Now is available for initial submission and inquiries can be made online. The Admissions office guides you through enrollment and answers questions about the process.
Step 2. Submit documents for Dubai-based or overseas transfers. For local Dubai transfers, KHDA attestations are required from the previous school. For overseas transfers and transfers from other Emirates joining Year 3 and above, you must submit a Transfer/Leaving Certificate attested as per KHDA requirements before joining. If documents or attestations are not provided, the offer may be cancelled.
Step 3. Receive and respond to an offer. If accepted, an offer letter is emailed detailing the next steps and required documentation. You have five working days to reply to the offer.
Step 4. Complete acceptance and provide required documents. If offering a place, you will receive an Acceptance of Place Form, an Indemnity and Consent Form, and a Medical Form, along with the required documents: copies of valid residence visa for student and parent, Emirates ID, passport, English or Arabic birth certificate, vaccination record, and original Transfer Certificate.
Step 5. Pay the seat deposit and secure enrollment. A seat deposit to secure the place is required on acceptance and is applied toward the first term of tuition. The deposit and annual tuition fees vary by year group.
Step 6. Confirm enrollment and comply with local requirements. Transfer and enrollment arrangements may require KHDA paperwork for Dubai-based moves and KHDA attestations for overseas moves as noted above.
Step 7. Monitor timelines and potential seat changes. If required documents or fees are not provided within the specified period, the school reserves the right to cancel the seat and offer the place to another applicant.
Step 8. Begin the forthcoming academic year. Once all steps are completed and the enrollment is confirmed, students enroll for the upcoming academic year.
