Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition fees are payable in advance of attendance and are due prior to the start of the academic year; fees are invoiced from the time of admission and are payable at the start of each term.
- When fees are collected as three instalments, the first instalment may be up to 40% of the annual tuition fee, the second instalment up to 30%, and the third instalment up to 30%. Schools may also choose to collect annual tuition fees as 10 equal monthly instalments.
- Tuition invoices are issued to enable payment in advance of attendance; late or unpaid fees may lead to sanctions such as suspension of services or withholding of reports as set out in the school's fee and registration policies.
