1. Application submission. A completed application form is required along with supporting documents listed in the application procedure. All supporting documents must be submitted at the time of application. Submission implies acceptance of the school's mission, vision, and admissions policy. 2. Registration requirements for admission: UAE-based students must provide a passport with residence visa, a birth certificate, and copies of both parents' passports with residence visas plus Emirates IDs. UAE nationals should provide the UAE full family book. A vaccination and medical record are required; a transfer certificate where applicable; the original Emirates ID with two copies; bus location map and fees if applicable; and post-dated cheques may be required. 3. Admissions policy: The school embraces inclusivity and diversity, catering to all nationalities and religions. The school aims for safe, welcoming, and valued learners and expects complete information on previous schooling and welfare to support transition. The school provides a British national curriculum and adheres to UAE law, MOE, and SPEA guidelines. 4. Year group and placement: Correct placement is determined by SPEA rules and in consultation with the Senior Leadership Team. The National Curriculum for England and Wales followed at Victoria English School uses a 13-year format. Placement is based on previous schooling, the latest school report, entrance test results, SPEA age rulings, and transfer certificates. 5.
