Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
VHPS requires all pupils to wear the full school uniform at all times. The Uniform page lists year-group specific items and outlines safety/appearance rules, such as hair tied back for girls, a single plain stud earring per ear (no hoops), no makeup or nail varnish, backpacks allowed but wheelie bags are not permitted, and no color trainers.
The school provides meals through a partnership with Ben's Farmhouse, a farm-to-table provider offering snacks and lunches for students from FS1 to Year 6. A weekly menu is published on the school's mobile site and meals can be ordered in advance.
VHPS uses a four-house system: Oryx (green), Foxes (red), Leopards (yellow) and Falcons (blue). All children from FS2 to Year 6 are assigned to a house, and house activities include house days, social and sporting events, and inter-house competitions. House captains lead teams and coordinate events; house points are awarded for effort, achievement, behaviour and sportsmanship; house shirts are worn on calendar house days and are available through the uniform supplier.
Victory Heights Primary School is owned and operated by Interstar Education (Interstar Advisory Services DMCC). The Board of Governors provides governance oversight, stating its purpose and responsibilities and meeting at least once per term. The board comprises a mix of roles, including a Principal/Director of Academics, a Chairman, independent academic experts, an inclusion representative, and staff representatives; the school notes South View School as a sister school.
Victory Heights Primary School - City of Arabia is a British curriculum school serving children from Foundation Stage 1 through Year 6. Situated in Dubailand, the campus provides specific amenities such as an indoor 25-metre swimming pool, astroturf sports pitches, a STEAM laboratory, and an expansive art studio. The curriculum delivers the English National Curriculum with a focus on giving children hands-on opportunities to design and experiment. A truly unique feature of the school is its "Small By Design" initiative. By deliberately maintaining low student-to-teacher ratios and capping class sizes at 25, the school ensures that every single learner is known by name and receives individualized attention. Students also participate in specialist Arabic and Islamic studies, taught by native speakers, to connect with UAE culture. This tight-knit structure creates a welcoming community for overseas and expatriate families seeking a supportive environment in Dubai.
