How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

Step 1 - Initial Enquiry and Research. The first step is to research Greene's diverse and flexible academic portfolio. The core provision is university-style sixth form education centred on A-Level qualifications, with pathways including a two-year A level programme, a one-year intensive option, and an A level Retake programme. GCSE and IGCSE courses are available as two-year or one-year options, alongside a GCSE retake programme. The one-year University Foundation Programme helps international students acclimise to the UK education system and improve English language proficiency, and there are other programmes including Online Sixth Form, Gap Year Programme, Extra Tuition, Revision Courses, diplomas in Geoscience, Hospitality, and Sports Management, and a Medical School Application Course delivered in partnership with UniAdmissions.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

Greene's College Oxford is an independent sixth form college offering the British curriculum for students aged 14 to 18. It delivers A-level study through a tutorial method, with small-group or one-to-one sessions guided by Oxford-based tutors. GCSE programmes run in one- or two-year formats, supported by a Personal Tutor and a personalised pathway to A Levels. Located at 45 Pembroke Street, Oxford OX1 1BP, Greene's is Oxford's oldest tutorial college, founded in 1967, with a long tradition of mentoring within the city's academic community. The college combines rigorous study with dynamic feedback via Greene's Online, a bespoke platform for submitting work and receiving feedback. Weekly Personal Tutoring and leadership sessions form part of the wider curriculum, alongside a broad range of student-led societies. Cultural and artistic activities, debating, coding, and trips to the University of Oxford enrich the learning experience for international families.
